My Top 5 Favourite Shopee Purchases

I grew an obsession with Shopee this year. So much so that I can't stop recommending it to my friends. Let's clear the air: this is not a sponsored post. I just really love sharing the things I find, especially when they're so much cheaper here. (but hey, if Shopee ever sees this and I'd be flattered tbh).

Also, P.S. if you're new to Shopee, use my refer-a-friend code: MATCH224 for $10 off your first order.

From what I've read online, Shopee hasn't had the best reviews, which really surprised me. So far, I've had a good experience and most deliveries took a week to reach. Sometimes they were super fast (like four days), but there were times when it took a while - roughly over a week - but still a reasonable amount of time. Recently, I had two sellers who missed out a few items, but it was super straightforward and easy to issue a refund after immediately sending them proof.

Earrings

If you're looking for new accessories, I'd recommend getting them from Shopee.

There are a wide range of cute and affordable earrings available. Prices often range from less than $1 to slightly over $3. In fact, the same designs are always cheaper than those on other shopping websites like ezbuy. Some online stores sell the exact same designs for $8-$16, which bothers me. Literally, I feel an urge every time to tell people to buy from Shopee instead.

I love getting unique earring designs, especially food themed earrings. My favourites have been the abstract face art, gummy bear and ice lemon tea design. There are various stores that sell similar designs, so I'd recommend checking all of them out to find which one is the cheapest or has the most variety of designs you would choose from.

ICYMI, I made two IGTVs for my favourite earring designs.

Robot Bag

My senior used this bag during camp, and at that time, I thought to myself "I want that bag".   So, obviously, I got it and I've had no regrets. The fact that my senior managed to carry this around for four days of camp activities made me want to get it even more. This bag is useful if you're carrying a few things and heading outside. For me, it fits in a few things like my wallet, my earphones and a portable charger.

They do have the green version, for those who recognise who this robot is. I bought this at $3.40 from a seller called JoyTownOnline, which was the cheapest I found on Shopee. For the price, this bag is super worth it and I'd highly recommend it.

Airpods Case

Who knew there were so many airpod case designs?

Shopee introduced me to a world of AirPods cases, and man, did I get pulled in.

I bought a plain purple silicone case from a tech shop before, and it was SGD$16. I never knew that that was way too expensive until I found the same case on Shopee being sold for $1-$2.

Most airpod cases range from $2-$6 on Shopee, where more elaborate designs tend to be  pricier (by pricier I mean ranging from $5-6). The same cases are always sold at roughly $8 in physical stores here.

I prefer the silicone casings that have adorable designs, especially those that imitate real-life food products. Though they tend to be bulky, I love that it is eye-catching, which also makes it easier to find. The more you scroll through, the more you'll find super interesting designs. I found a whole McDonald's collection and that would be so cute if you and four other friends had Airpods.
Taken from Shopee

The airpods case that I'm currently using is the "boba milk tea" design, which I got for $3.60. Isn't it super cute? I'm literally obsessed.

P.S They also have cases for the new AirPods Pro. I remember that just a few days after the launch, there were already available AirPods Pro cases on Shopee.

Socks

Again, cute socks tend to be slightly over-priced in physical stores here (why tho??). Most places sell socks at 3 for $10. Sheesh. The socks on Shopee usually costs below $2. The cheapest pair I ever bought was $1.15, and on average, the socks I bought were around $1.50.

They have a good range of socks available, and I love those with interesting designs (especially high socks). My friend says I'm super obiang. I bought some simple ones for more everyday school use (yes, I still like wearing socks even in uni because there's so many designs, and I guess that's just my style). I like the contrast in colours when I pair them with white shoes.

Cute Stationery

I don't know about you, but cute stationery never gets old.

I don't buy pens or notebooks online, but I enjoy purchasing post-its, memo pads and stickers on Shopee. There are a number of stationery sellers and most "preferred sellers" have received good ratings. The designs available online are so cute and cheap. Most stickers cost around $0.90 and go up to less than $1.50.

I've managed to find $0.40 post-its, which have a food-themed design (SO CUTE).

I've also purchased some memo pads that I think are super cute and aesthetic. I found some memo-pads that have a throwback digital vibe, which have been popular nowadays because of the e-girl/e-boy trend.

If you're into cute stationery, especially for those who do bullet journaling, I highly recommend getting them on Shopee.

Thanks for reading and have a nice day :-)
